Wanted: Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and knows how to lead projects from brief to final delivery. You’re organized, solution-oriented, and great with people - both internally and on the client side.

In this role, you'll manage and coordinate a wide range of marketing and communication projects – from strategic multi-year projects to impactful one-offs. You understand how to turn goals into actionable plans, keep teams aligned, and ensure that timelines, budgets and expectations stay on track.

You communicate clearly and handle complexity with ease. You have proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in a creative, digital or communications-focused environment. You know how to run smooth processes and keep things moving forward.

We expect you to:
- Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish with ownership and professionalism
- Manage timelines, budgets and resources efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients, teams and stakeholders
- Understand marketing, brand and creative processes
- You have understanding of how to measure the impact and success of our work: e.g. OKR’s, KPI’s and more

It's a plus if you have:
- Experience in PR is a big one
- Familiarity with integrated campaigns and multichannel execution
- An interest in shaping and developing processes and improving ways of working
